                    Select your facility, building, and enter information as requested.
                    Enter your correct email address.
                    Be as detailed as possible in your request description (detailed instructions below).

            You will receive email notifications when your request has been processed and updated,
            and you will have the ability to check the real-time status of your request.

Urgent - Any interruption or disruption of access, services, or utilities that
will result in personal injury or property damage; water leaks; lack of heat; 
the cancellation or relocation of a scheduled program; a safety/security
breach; or potential damage to campus physical assets.


Emergency
- Any personal injury requiring emergency medical treatment
or life-threatening situation such as flooding, electrical hazards or fire.

 Instructions for Completing a Work Request

        •     On the left side of the screen under Work Request, select Complete a Work Request.
        •     Select the facility (either Academic or Residential) from the dropdown menu.
        •     Click the >> button.
        •     Select the building from the dropdown menu.
        •     Click the >> button.
        •     Fill out the form completely. Ensure all fields marked with an * are completed
               or you will not be able to submit the request.
        •     When the form is filled out completely, push the submit button.
        •     You will see a request number. Print or copy this number down for reference.


            To Find the Status of Your Request

        •     On the left side of the screen under Search by Number, choose Work Request
        •     Type in the request number in the field provided.
        •     Click the >> button to search.
        •     You will then see the current status of your request. If the request has been
                accepted, a work order number is provided.
        •     Click the work order number to view work order detail and current status.
